The Site is provided for informational purposes — to present our studio, our approach, and selected past projects, and to allow prospective clients to make initial inquiries. It is not an offer, quote, or binding proposal for services.

All content on the Site — including text, photography, drawings, logos, and the overall design — is the property of Studio Kanso or its collaborators, and is protected by copyright and related rights. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content commercially without our prior written permission.

Certain project images are intentionally blurred or partially obscured to protect the privacy of clients and the work of the collaborating interior design professionals.

Inquiries made through the Site or by email do not create a client relationship. A project engagement only exists once both parties sign a written agreement describing scope, fees, timing, and deliverables.

We take care to keep the Site accurate, but content may change without notice. Descriptions of past projects, timelines, and capabilities are provided in good faith and may be updated as our work evolves.

The Site may reference or link to third-party services (for example, email providers or font providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site will be handled in the competent courts of Vientiane, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
